Depending on the license type, we handle the complete maintenance and updating of the software.
There are three types of licenses:
SUA - Software Update Agreement
- Regular provision of updates without import
SMA - Software Maintenance Contract
- Regular provision of updates with import
- System maintenance
SaaS - Software as a Service
- Automatic import of all updates incl. maintenance
